SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPMAP2 (sperm microtubule associated protein 2, also called CT56) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPMAP2 qPCR Primer Set – sperm microtubule associated protein 2
Also known as: CT56, THEG, THEG1
About this gene: SPMAP2 is specifically expressed in the nucleus of haploid male germ cells. The orthologous gene in mice encodes a protein that may play a role in protein assembly through interactions with T-complex protein 1 subunit epsilon.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51298; HGNC ID: HGNC:13706; UniProt: Q9P2T0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016585.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
