About this gene: The THBS1 protein is a subunit of a disulfide-linked homotrimeric protein. The THBS1 protein is an adhesive glycoprotein that mediates cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions. The THBS1 protein can bind to fibrinogen, fibronectin, laminin, type V collagen and integrins alpha-V/beta-1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
