SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human THAP1 (THAP domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human THAP1 qPCR Primer Set – THAP domain containing 1
Also known as: DYT6
About this gene: The THAP1 protein contains a THAP domain, a conserved DNA-binding domain. The THAP1 protein colocalizes with the apoptosis response protein PAWR/PAR-4 in promyelocytic leukemia nuclear bodies, and acts as a proapoptotic factor that links PAWR to PML nuclear bodies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55145; HGNC ID: HGNC:20856; UniProt: Q9NVV9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018105.3; Chromosome location: 8p11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
