SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NELFCD (negative elongation factor complex member C/D, also called NELF-C/D) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NELFCD qPCR Primer Set – negative elongation factor complex member C/D
Also known as: HSPC130, NELF-C, NELF-D, TH1, TH1L
About this gene: The NELF complex of proteins interacts with the DSIF protein complex to repress transcriptional elongation by RNA polymerase II. The protein encoded by NELFCD is an essential part of the NELF complex. Alternative translation initiation site usage leads to the formation of two isoforms with different N-termini.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51497; HGNC ID: HGNC:15934; UniProt: Q8IXH7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_198976.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
