SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TGOLN2 (trans-golgi network protein 2, also called hTGN46) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TGOLN2 qPCR Primer Set – trans-golgi network protein 2
Also known as: TGN38, TGN46, TGN48, TGN51, TTGN2, hTGN46, hTGN48, hTGN51
About this gene: TGOLN2 encodes a type I integral membrane protein that is localized to the trans-Golgi network, a major sorting station for secretory and membrane proteins. The TGOLN2 protein cycles between early endosomes and the trans-Golgi network, and may play a role in exocytic vesicle formation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10618; HGNC ID: HGNC:15450; UniProt: O43493; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006464.4; Chromosome location: 2p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
