SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TGM7 (transglutaminase 7, also called TGZ) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TGM7 qPCR Primer Set – transglutaminase 7
Also known as: TGMZ
About this gene: Transglutaminases are a family of structurally and functionally related enzymes that stabilize protein assemblies through the formation of gamma-glutamyl-epsilon lysine crosslinks. For additional background information on transglutaminases, see TGM1.[supplied by OMIM, Jul 2002].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 116179; HGNC ID: HGNC:30790; UniProt: Q96PF1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_052955.3; Chromosome location: 15q15.2-q15.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
