SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BTK (Bruton tyrosine kinase, also called ATK) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BTK qPCR Primer Set – Bruton tyrosine kinase
Also known as: AGMX1, AT, ATK, BPK, IGHD3, IMD1, PSCTK1, XLA
About this gene: The BTK protein plays a crucial role in B-cell development. Mutations in BTK cause X-linked agammaglobulinemia type 1, which is an immunodeficiency characterized by the failure to produce mature B lymphocytes, and linked to a failure of Ig heavy chain rearrangement.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 695; HGNC ID: HGNC:1133; UniProt: Q06187; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000061.3; Chromosome location: Xq22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
