SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TERF2IP (TERF2 interacting protein, also called hRap1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TERF2IP qPCR Primer Set – TERF2 interacting protein
Also known as: DRIP5, RAP1
About this gene: TERF2IP enables G-rich strand telomeric DNA binding activity and phosphatase binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of telomere maintenance; protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere; and protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54386; HGNC ID: HGNC:19246; UniProt: Q9NYB0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018975.4; Chromosome location: 16q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
