SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BTG3 (BTG anti-proliferation factor 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BTG3 qPCR Primer Set – BTG anti-proliferation factor 3
Also known as: ANA, ANA/BTG3, APRO4, TOB5, TOB55, TOFA
About this gene: The BTG3 protein belongs to the BTG/Tob family. This family has structurally related proteins that appear to have antiproliferative properties. This encoded protein might play a role in neurogenesis in the central nervous system.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10950; HGNC ID: HGNC:1132; UniProt: Q14201; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006806.5; Chromosome location: 21q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
