Human TEAD1 qPCR Primer Set – TEA domain transcription factor 1
Also known as: AA, NTEF-1, REF1, TCF-13, TCF13, TEAD-1, TEF-1
About this gene: TEAD1 encodes a ubiquitous transcriptional enhancer factor that belongs to the TEA/ATTS domain family. The TEAD1 protein directs the transactivation of a wide variety of genes and, in placental cells, also acts as a transcriptional repressor. Mutations in TEAD1 cause Sveinsson's chorioretinal atrophy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7003; HGNC ID: HGNC:11714; UniProt: P28347; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021961.6; Chromosome location: 11p15.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
