About this gene: TCTN2 encodes a type I membrane protein that belongs to the tectonic family. Studies in mice suggest that this protein may be involved in hedgehog signaling, and essential for ciliogenesis. Mutations in TCTN2 are linked to Meckel syndrome type 8.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
