SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MLX (MAX dimerization protein MLX, also called bHLHd13) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MLX qPCR Primer Set – MAX dimerization protein MLX
Also known as: MAD7, MXD7, TCFL4, TF4, bHLHd13
About this gene: The product of MLX belongs to the family of basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factors. These factors form heterodimers with Mad proteins and play a role in proliferation, determination and differentiation. MLX product may act to diversify Mad family function by its restricted association with a subset of the Mad family of transcriptional repressors, namely, Mad1 and Mad4.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6945; HGNC ID: HGNC:11645; UniProt: Q9UH92; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_198204.2; Chromosome location: 17q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
