SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TCF7 (transcription factor 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TCF7 qPCR Primer Set – transcription factor 7
Also known as: TCF-1
About this gene: TCF7 belongs to the T-cell factor/lymphoid enhancer-binding factor family of high mobility group box transcriptional activators. TCF7 is expressed predominantly in T-cells and plays a critical role in natural killer cell and innate lymphoid cell development. The TCF7 protein forms a complex with beta-catenin and activates transcription through a Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6932; HGNC ID: HGNC:11639; UniProt: P36402; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003202.5; Chromosome location: 5q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
