SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TCF3 (transcription factor 3, also called bHLHb21) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TCF3 qPCR Primer Set – transcription factor 3
Also known as: AGM8, AGM8A, AGM8B, E2A, E47, ITF1, TCF-3, VDIR, bHLHb21, p75
About this gene: TCF3 belongs to the E protein family of helix-loop-helix transcription factors. E proteins activate transcription by binding to regulatory E-box sequences on target genes as heterodimers or homodimers, and are inhibited by heterodimerization with inhibitor of DNA-binding helix-loop-helix proteins. E proteins play a critical role in lymphopoiesis, and the TCF3 protein is required for B and T lymphocyte development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6929; HGNC ID: HGNC:11633; UniProt: P15923; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003200.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
