SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TCF15 (transcription factor 15, also called bHLHa40) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TCF15 qPCR Primer Set – transcription factor 15
Also known as: EC2, PARAXIS, bHLHa40
About this gene: The TCF15 protein is found in the nucleus and may be involved in the early transcriptional regulation of patterning of the mesoderm. The encoded basic helix-loop-helix protein requires dimerization with another basic helix-loop-helix protein for efficient DNA binding.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6939; HGNC ID: HGNC:11627; UniProt: Q12870; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004609.4; Chromosome location: 20p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
