SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TCF12 (transcription factor 12, also called bHLHb20) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TCF12 qPCR Primer Set – transcription factor 12
Also known as: CRS3, HEB, HH26, HTF4, HsT17266, TCF-12, bHLHb20, p64
About this gene: The TCF12 protein belongs to the basic helix-loop-helix E-protein family that recognizes the consensus binding site CANNTG. This encoded protein is expressed in many tissues, among them skeletal muscle, thymus, B- and T-cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6938; HGNC ID: HGNC:11623; UniProt: Q99081; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_207037.2; Chromosome location: 15q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
