SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TCERG1 (transcription elongation regulator 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TCERG1 qPCR Primer Set – transcription elongation regulator 1
Also known as: CA150, TAF2S, Urn1
About this gene: TCERG1 encodes a nuclear protein that regulates transcriptional elongation and pre-mRNA splicing. The TCERG1 protein interacts with the hyperphosphorylated C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II via multiple FF domains, and with the pre-mRNA splicing factor SF1 via a WW domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10915; HGNC ID: HGNC:15630; UniProt: O14776; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001382548.1; Chromosome location: 5q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
