SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TBXA2R (thromboxane A2 receptor, also called TXA2-R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TBXA2R qPCR Primer Set – thromboxane A2 receptor
Also known as: BDPLT13, TXA2-R
About this gene: TBXA2R belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family. The protein interacts with thromboxane A2 to induce platelet aggregation and regulate hemostasis. A mutation in TBXA2R leads to a bleeding disorder.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6915; HGNC ID: HGNC:11608; UniProt: P21731; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001060.6; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
