SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TBX3 (T-box transcription factor 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TBX3 qPCR Primer Set – T-box transcription factor 3
Also known as: TBX3-ISO, UMS, XHL
About this gene: TBX3 belongs to a phylogenetically conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. The TBX3 protein is a transcriptional repressor and is believed to play a role in the anterior/posterior axis of the tetrapod forelimb.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6926; HGNC ID: HGNC:11602; UniProt: O15119; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005996.4; Chromosome location: 12q24.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
