SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TBX2 (T-box transcription factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TBX2 qPCR Primer Set – T-box transcription factor 2
Also known as: VETD
About this gene: TBX2 belongs to a phylogenetically conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. TBX2 product is the human homolog of mouse Tbx2, and shares strong sequence similarity with Drosophila omb protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6909; HGNC ID: HGNC:11597; UniProt: Q13207; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005994.4; Chromosome location: 17q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
