Human TBX19 qPCR Primer Set – T-box transcription factor 19
Also known as: TBS19, TPIT, dJ747L4.1
About this gene: TBX19 belongs to a phylogenetically conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of developmental processes. Mutations in TBX19 were found in patients with isolated deficiency of pituitary POMC-derived ACTH, suggesting an essential role for TBX19 in differentiation of the pituitary POMC lineage.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9095; HGNC ID: HGNC:11596; UniProt: O60806; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005149.3; Chromosome location: 1q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
