SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TBR1 (T-box brain transcription factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TBR1 qPCR Primer Set – T-box brain transcription factor 1
Also known as: AUTS5, IDDAS, TBR-1, TES-56
About this gene: TBR1 belongs to a conserved family of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box. T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulation of numerous developmental processes. In mouse, the C-terminal region of this protein was found to be necessary and sufficient for association with the guanylate kinase domain of calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine protein kinase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10716; HGNC ID: HGNC:11590; UniProt: Q16650; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006593.4; Chromosome location: 2q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
