SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAA15 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 15, NatA auxiliary subunit, also called Tbdn100) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAA15 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 15, NatA auxiliary subunit
Also known as: Ga19, MRD50, NARG1, NAT1P, NATH, TBDN, TBDN100
About this gene: N-alpha-acetylation is among the most common post-translational protein modifications in eukaryotic cells. This process involves the transfer of an acetyl group from acetyl-coenzyme A to the alpha-amino group on a nascent polypeptide and is essential for normal cell function. NAA15 encodes a auxillary subunit of the N-terminal acetyltransferase A complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80155; HGNC ID: HGNC:30782; UniProt: Q9BXJ9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_057175.5; Chromosome location: 4q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
