SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TBC1D8B (TBC1 domain family member 8B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TBC1D8B qPCR Primer Set – TBC1 domain family member 8B
Also known as: GRAMD8B, NPHS20
About this gene: TBC1D8B encodes a protein with a TBC domain. Some mammalian proteins with this domain have been shown to function as Rab-GAPs by binding to specific Rab proteins and affecting their GTPase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54885; HGNC ID: HGNC:24715; UniProt: Q0IIM8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017752.3; Chromosome location: Xq22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
