The TBC1D7 protein acts as a subunit of the tuberous sclerosis TSC1-TSC2 complex which is involved in the regulation of cellular growth and differentiation. Mutations in TBC1D7 have been linked to autosomal recessive megalencephaly.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
