SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TBC1D2 (TBC1 domain family member 2, also called Armus) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TBC1D2 qPCR Primer Set – TBC1 domain family member 2
Also known as: PARIS-1, PARIS1, TBC1D2A
About this gene: TBC1D2 enables GTPase activator activity and cadherin binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of GTPase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55357; HGNC ID: HGNC:18026; UniProt: Q9BYX2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001267571.2; Chromosome location: 9q22.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
