SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAS2R7 (taste 2 receptor member 7, also called T2R7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAS2R7 qPCR Primer Set – taste 2 receptor member 7
Also known as: T2R7, TRB4
About this gene: TAS2R7 product belongs to the family of candidate taste receptors that are members of the G-protein-coupled receptor superfamily. These proteins are specifically expressed in the taste receptor cells of the tongue and palate epithelia. They are organized in the genome in clusters and are genetically linked to loci that influence bitter perception in mice and humans.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50837; HGNC ID: HGNC:14913; UniProt: Q9NYW3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_023919.2; Chromosome location: 12p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
