About this gene: Tapasin, or TAPBP, belongs to the variable-constant Ig superfamily that links major histocompatibility complex class I molecules to the transporter linked to antigen processing in the endoplasmic reticulum. The TAPBP gene is located near the MHC complex on chromosome 6p21.3. TAPBPL belongs to the Ig superfamily that is localized on chromosome 12p13.3, a region somewhat paralogous to the MHC.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
