SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NFKBID (NFKB inhibitor delta, also called TA-NFKBH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NFKBID qPCR Primer Set – NFKB inhibitor delta
Also known as: IkBNS, IkappaBNS, TA-NFKBH
About this gene: NFKBID is predicted to enable NF-kappaB binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in T cell receptor signaling pathway; positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell differentiation; and regulation of gene expression. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction; obsolete negative regulation of NF-kappaB transcription factor activity; and positive regulation of thymocyte apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84807; HGNC ID: HGNC:15671; UniProt: Q8NI38; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_139239.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
