SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAL2 (TAL bHLH transcription factor 2, also called bHLHa19) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAL2 qPCR Primer Set – TAL bHLH transcription factor 2
Also known as: TAL-2
About this gene: This intronless gene encodes a helix-loop-helix protein. Translocations between TAL2 on chromosome 9 and the T-cell receptor beta-chain locus on chromosome 7 have been linked to activation of the T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia 2 gene and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6887; HGNC ID: HGNC:11557; UniProt: Q16559; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005421.3; Chromosome location: 9q31.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
