SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human KBTBD8 (kelch repeat and BTB domain containing 8, also called TA-KRP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human KBTBD8 qPCR Primer Set – kelch repeat and BTB domain containing 8
Also known as: TA-KRP, TAKRP
About this gene: KBTBD8 is predicted to enable ubiquitin-like ligase-substrate adaptor activity. It is involved in neural crest cell development; neural crest formation; and protein monoubiquitination.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84541; HGNC ID: HGNC:30691; UniProt: Q8NFY9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032505.3; Chromosome location: 3p14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
