SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAGLN2 (transgelin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAGLN2 qPCR Primer Set – transgelin 2
Also known as: HA1756
About this gene: The TAGLN2 protein is similar to the protein transgelin, which is one of the earliest markers of differentiated smooth muscle. The specific function of this protein has not yet been determined, although it is believed to be a tumor suppressor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8407; HGNC ID: HGNC:11554; UniProt: P37802; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003564.3; Chromosome location: 1q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
