SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAF7L (TATA-box binding protein associated factor 7 like, also called CT40) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAF7L qPCR Primer Set – TATA-box binding protein associated factor 7 like
Also known as: CT40, TAF2Q
About this gene: TAF7L is similar to a mouse gene that encodes a TATA box binding protein-associated factor, and shows testis-specific expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54457; HGNC ID: HGNC:11548; UniProt: Q5H9L4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001168474.2; Chromosome location: Xq22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
