SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAF7 (TATA-box binding protein associated factor 7, also called TAFII55) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAF7 qPCR Primer Set – TATA-box binding protein associated factor 7
Also known as: TAF2F, TAFII55
About this gene: The intronless gene for this transcription coactivator is located between the protocadherin beta and gamma gene clusters on chromosome 5. The TAF7 protein is a component of the TFIID protein complex, a complex which binds to the TATA box in class II promoters and recruits RNA polymerase II and other factors. This particular subunit interacts with the largest TFIID subunit, as well as multiple transcription activators.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6879; HGNC ID: HGNC:11541; UniProt: Q15545; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005642.3; Chromosome location: 5q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
