SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BTBD1 (BTB domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BTBD1 qPCR Primer Set – BTB domain containing 1
Also known as: C15orf1, NS5ATP8
About this gene: The C-terminus of the protein encoded by BTBD1 binds topoisomerase I. The N-terminus contains a proline-rich region and a BTB/POZ domain (broad-complex, Tramtrack and bric a brac/Pox virus and Zinc finger). Subcellularly, the protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53339; HGNC ID: HGNC:1120; UniProt: Q9H0C5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025238.4; Chromosome location: 15q25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
