SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAF5L (TATA-box binding protein associated factor 5 like, also called PAF65-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAF5L qPCR Primer Set – TATA-box binding protein associated factor 5 like
Also known as: PAF65B
About this gene: The product of TAF5L belongs to the WD-repeat TAF5 family of proteins. TAF5L encodes a protein that is a component of the PCAF histone acetylase complex. The PCAF histone acetylase complex, which is composed of more than 20 polypeptides some of which are TAFs, is required for myogenic transcription and differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27097; HGNC ID: HGNC:17304; UniProt: O75529; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014409.4; Chromosome location: 1q42.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
