SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TAF1A (TATA-box binding protein associated factor, RNA polymerase I subunit A, also called TAFI48) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TAF1A qPCR Primer Set – TATA-box binding protein associated factor, RNA polymerase I subunit A
Also known as: MGC:17061, RAFI48, SL1, TAFI48
About this gene: TAF1A encodes a subunit of the RNA polymerase I complex, Selectivity Factor I. The encoded protein is a TATA box-binding protein-associated factor that is involved in the assembly of the RNA polymerase I preinitiation complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9015; HGNC ID: HGNC:11532; UniProt: Q15573; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005681.4; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
