About this gene: TAF15 belongs to the TET family of RNA-binding proteins. The TAF15 protein is involved in RNA polymerase II gene transcription as a component of a distinct subset of multi-subunit transcription initiation factor TFIID complexes. Translocations involving TAF15 play a role in acute leukemia and extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, and mutations in TAF15 may play a role in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
