Human TADA2A qPCR Primer Set – transcriptional adaptor 2A
Also known as: ADA2, ADA2A, KL04P, TADA2L, hADA2
About this gene: Many DNA-binding transcriptional activator proteins enhance the initiation rate of RNA polymerase II-mediated gene transcription by interacting functionally with the general transcription machinery bound at the basal promoter. Adaptor proteins are usually required for this activation, possibly to acetylate and destabilize nucleosomes, thereby relieving chromatin constraints at the promoter.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6871; HGNC ID: HGNC:11531; UniProt: O75478; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001166105.3; Chromosome location: 17q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
