SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TACR2 (tachykinin receptor 2, also called SKR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TACR2 qPCR Primer Set – tachykinin receptor 2
Also known as: NK2R, NKNAR, SKR, TAC2R
About this gene: TACR2 belongs to a family of genes that function as receptors for tachykinins. Receptor affinities are specified by variations in the 5'-end of the sequence. The receptors belonging to this family are characterized by interactions with G proteins and 7 hydrophobic transmembrane regions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6865; HGNC ID: HGNC:11527; UniProt: P21452; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001057.3; Chromosome location: 10q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
