SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TACR1 (tachykinin receptor 1, also called SPR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TACR1 qPCR Primer Set – tachykinin receptor 1
Also known as: NK1R, NKIR, SPR, TAC1R
About this gene: TACR1 belongs to a gene family of tachykinin receptors. These tachykinin receptors are characterized by interactions with G proteins and contain seven hydrophobic transmembrane regions. TACR1 encodes a receptor for the tachykinin substance P, also referred to as neurokinin 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6869; HGNC ID: HGNC:11526; UniProt: P25103; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001058.4; Chromosome location: 2p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
