SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BST1 (bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BST1 qPCR Primer Set – bone marrow stromal cell antigen 1
Also known as: CD157, cADPR2
About this gene: Bone marrow stromal cell antigen-1 is a stromal cell line-derived glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored molecule that facilitates pre-B-cell growth. The deduced amino acid sequence exhibits 33% similarity with CD38. BST1 expression is enhanced in bone marrow stromal cell lines derived from patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 683; HGNC ID: HGNC:1118; UniProt: Q10588; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004334.3; Chromosome location: 4p15.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
