SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TACC3 (transforming acidic coiled-coil containing protein 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TACC3 qPCR Primer Set – transforming acidic coiled-coil containing protein 3
Also known as: ERIC-1, ERIC1, OZEMA27, Tacc4, maskin
About this gene: TACC3 belongs to the transforming acidic colied-coil protein family. The TACC3 protein is a motor spindle protein that may play a role in stabilization of the mitotic spindle. The TACC3 protein may also play a role in growth a differentiation of certain cancer cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10460; HGNC ID: HGNC:11524; UniProt: Q9Y6A5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006342.3; Chromosome location: 4p16.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
