SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SYT6 (synaptotagmin 6, also called SytVI) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SYT6 qPCR Primer Set – synaptotagmin 6
Also known as: sytVI
About this gene: The SYT6 protein belongs to the synaptotagmin family. Synaptotagmins share a common domain structure that includes a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic region composed of 2 C2 domains, and are involved in calcium-dependent exocytosis of synaptic vesicles. The SYT6 protein is reported to be a key component of the secretory machinery involved in acrosomal exocytosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 148281; HGNC ID: HGNC:18638; UniProt: Q5T7P8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001253772.2; Chromosome location: 1p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
