SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SYT4 (synaptotagmin 4, also called SytIV) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SYT4 qPCR Primer Set – synaptotagmin 4
Also known as: HsT1192
About this gene: SYT4 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including calcium ion sensor activity; calcium-dependent phospholipid binding activity; and protein dimerization activity. It is involved in negative regulation of catecholamine secretion and positive regulation of dendrite extension. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including axon; exocytic vesicle; and synapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6860; HGNC ID: HGNC:11512; UniProt: Q9H2B2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020783.4; Chromosome location: 18q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
