SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SYNGR2 (synaptogyrin 2, also called Cellugyrin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SYNGR2 qPCR Primer Set – synaptogyrin 2
About this gene: SYNGR2 encodes a integral membrane protein containing four transmembrane regions and a C-terminal cytoplasmic tail that is tyrosine phosphorylated. The exact function of this protein is unclear, but studies of a similar rat protein suggest that it may play a role in regulating membrane traffic in non-neuronal cells. The gene belongs to the synaptogyrin gene family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9144; HGNC ID: HGNC:11499; UniProt: O43760; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004710.7; Chromosome location: 17q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
