About this gene: SYNCRIP belongs to the cellular heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein family. hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins that complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA and regulate alternative splicing, polyadenylation, and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. The SYNCRIP protein is involved in multiple aspects of mRNA maturation and is linked to multiple multiprotein complexes including the apoB RNA editing-complex and survival of motor neurons complex.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
