SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SYMPK (symplekin scaffold protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SYMPK qPCR Primer Set – symplekin scaffold protein
Also known as: Pta1, SPK, SYM
About this gene: SYMPK encodes a nuclear protein that functions in the regulation of polyadenylation and promotes gene expression. The protein forms a high-molecular weight complex with components of the polyadenylation machinery. The SYMPK gene product is believed to serve as a scaffold for recruiting regulatory factors to the polyadenylation complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8189; HGNC ID: HGNC:22935; UniProt: Q92797; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004819.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
