About this gene: The SYDE1 protein is a Rho GTPase-activating protein highly expressed in placenta. The SYDE1 protein is involved in cytoskeletal remodeling and trophoblast cell migration. Decreased expression of SYDE1 has been linked to intrauterine growth restriction.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
