SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SYCP1 (synaptonemal complex protein 1, also called CT8) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SYCP1 qPCR Primer Set – synaptonemal complex protein 1
Also known as: CT8, HOM-TES-14, SCP-1, SCP1
About this gene: SYCP1 enables double-stranded DNA binding activity. It is involved in protein homotetramerization. Predicted to be active in central element; male germ cell nucleus; and transverse filament.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6847; HGNC ID: HGNC:11487; UniProt: Q15431; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003176.4; Chromosome location: 1p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
